— RULE ONE —
Sink the Rules
No dress code. No reservations book longer than a week. No tasting menu pretence. Just dinner.
We borrowed the name from a yacht race, the crest from a 1904 rowing programme, and the spirit from every time a working-class table outlasted the gilded one. Catalina is what a social club looks like when you sink the dress code and keep the friendship. Members welcome.
Catalina runs on a simple manifesto, printed on three pennants — pinned above the bar, framed on the wall, printed on the membership card.
No dress code. No reservations book longer than a week. No tasting menu pretence. Just dinner.
Cocktails first, conversation second, food third — the only sequence that's never let us down.
Five venues, two cities, one country. The hospitality you can taste in saltwater — that's the recipe.
